In the summer I tend to always want fish and fresh veggies. And in the winter I lean towards soups and pastas. I guess just try to eat a balance diet if you want to eat healthy. Make or have grilled chicken one night, pasta another, grilled pork another night and then have some fish the other. variety and healthy!

I'm usually the opposite I am the biggest Slacker during the summer. I always put on weight during the summer. I was trying on my pants and jeans last weekend and they don't want to close

soup is great - very filling and keeps you warm! Sometimes I'll eat a big lunch then have just soup for dinner. You can find a lot of low calorie soups that taste great - the Progresso ones that post that they're only 1 Weight Watchers point.

Eating more fruits and veggies helps - with meals and throughout the day in between meals so you're more full when you eat your next meal.

I second counting calories online - that has helped me keep from over eating.

I've also eaten like a vegetarian even though I'm not one. You can find really yummy meat alternatives that have a third of the fat of regular meat - like veggie hot dogs and veggie chicken patties. Save on lots of calories that way.

Hope that helps!
