~Sunday, 4/25 NW QOTD~

What are your favorite things to do on a rainy Sunday?

And/or

Do you and DH wake up at the same time on the weekends? Who's the early bird and who could sleep til 1 in the afternoon?

On Sunday I love sleeping late (although lately sleeping til 9am is late for me ), getting bagels for breakfast, watching show we have saved o DVR and maybe doing some laundry and food shopping. Unfortunately I think our plans for today include re-painting the bathroom and cleaning out the basement.

DH and I normally get up at the same time, but if it's rainy and we don't have any plans, I usually wake up earlier and DH will stay in bed for another hour or so.

I am definitely the early bird and DH could sleep all day if I let him! He's sleeping right now! On rainy days, we mostly veg out. Catch up on dvred shows, watch some movies - things like that. Sundays I always go to church with my mom though so usually he'll come over to my parents' house and hang out while I'm at church. Then we eat an early dinner, go grocery shopping, and come home and prepare for the next work week.

We could sit and watch tv allll day on a sun but... theres nothing on tv right now!!!! ugh ... We tend to wake up around the same time (the cats start meowing bc they wanna eat) so we were both up at 9 today

he sleeps like it's going out of style on the weekends..don't get me wrong I love to nap but he sleeps in...I like to read and shop..I realllllly want to go get some Crumbs cupcakes though!

I love to go to the movies on rainy days.

But today I have to work from 4 to 6:15.....then DH is taking me out to dinner in the city and then afterwards we are meeting up with friends.

DH & I def sleep in late. We both wake up around noon-ish. We also go to sleep late like 2 or 3 in the morning,

We both sleep in when we get a chance...today we didnt get up till 11AM. We watch tv/movies!!!

Sundays we always stay in...I usually cook dinner and make food for the rest of the week for lunch.

On Sundays we always look forward to Sunday dinners (which is at 3) with the family.

Im def. the early bird im up 730/8am the latest on weekends & Dh is usually up at 9.

DH and I are both morning people but he's always awake before me. He will get up at 5:30-6 am on weekends where I'll sleep till 8-ish.

I can't say we have a weekend routine since he works a lot of the time on weekends.....

DH is def the early bird and I love to sleep in. Hes always up by like 830-9 and I sleep till at least noon. When hes off on Sundays then we usually chill around the house, run some errands, and make dinner.

DH is the early bird and I like to sleep in any time I can.

This AM DH got up at like 9 (which was SOOOO late for him!) and went to a spin class at the gym while I slept until about 11:30. Then he got Chipotle for lunch and we've just been hanging around the apartment...him watching sports, me watching DVRed shows from last week. Love a good rainy Sunday!

OH, and we're both cooking for the week.

We love watching movies together on rainy days, which is what we did today. And we eat junk food. lol.

DH is definitely the early bird between the two of us but I work both days on the weekend so I'm up earlier than him. Whenever I do have off on a weekend, I always sleep much later than him and he sneaks off into the living room to play video games until I wake up. lol.

We love to stay in and watch movies, play video games and sometimes pig out.
As far as us getting up now he is an early bird since he has been back at work and for me if I can sleep in I will but otherwise Im up and out early cleaning or doing errands.
