I happened to have caught a few moments of this last night. Has anyone heard of this?? What do you think about it???
It's just weird to me, b/c I am traditional in the sense that I feel the guy should be the one to propose and all that junk. These women were dressing in their gowns, hair done, they were ready for a wedding, and they ask their boyfriends if they would marry them right there on tv lol
The guys then get 30 seconds to call anyone they want, to ask them their advice and if they should marry the girl or not.
A part of me sort of felt bad for these women.

I saw a little bit of it last week and thought it was nuts- I would have felt weird about proposing to dh- but thats just me

Thats kinda odd.
A few years ago I sang at a surprise wedding. It was on Christmas day, at their house, and all of their family just thought they were coming over for Christmas dinner... and then they said, 'surprise! we're getting married' and they did. But THEY both knew about it... just the family didn't.

I didn't see it this week but I saw it a few weeks ago. They show is soooo weird, and those poor girls they dresses they had were horrible. There hair and all those weird princess crowns, everything about it is tacky.

Thought it was really strange. I only watched a few minutes but i felt really uncomfortable for the woman.

That is odd... i guess some people just cant wait for their bf's to propose. If I loved DH and he didnt ask me to marry him I would have asked him myself because I know thats the person I wanted to be with.

When I saw it in my tv listing, I didn't get the purpose. Then I saw a few of them walking down the steps. I didn't get it so I changed the channel. I think the whole situation is bizarre!
