Swedish Meatballs Recipe

My BIL makes the best swedish meatballs so we got the recipe from him and lightened it up since we're on WW. For those dong WW it's points per serving and this makes 4 servings.

Here is the Recipe:

Swedish Meatball Recipe
10 ¾ oz Can of Campbell’s Healthy request Cream of Mushroom
½ Cup of water
¼ Cup of Reduced fat Sour Cream
1lb Lean ground beef (93%)
2 Slices light bread (use for soft bread crumbs)
¼ Cup of onions finely chopped
1 Egg
¼ tsp nutmeg or to taste
2 tbsp Canola Oil

1 - In a small bowl combine soup, water, sour cream - set aside.
2 - In medium bowl mix beef , bread crumbs, onion, egg, and nutmeg. Shape mixture into 16 meatballs.
3 - In 10-incheskillet over medium heat in hot oil brown meat balls a few at a time until thoroughly cooked. Spoon off fat.
4 - Stir in soup mixture. Reduce heat to low. Heat through - DO NOT BOIL. Serve over noodles and garnish.

Just wanted to let you ladies know it turned out really deliious. Try to add in a little more nutmeg than it says, it gives it a great taste.

We've had the full fat version of this recipe and the taste was almost the same for much less calories.

It's 8 points per serving not including the egg noodles.
