I just found out that one of my cousins on my fathers side passed away in March and we were just told about it. I wasn't particularly close to her , but I do want to do something to acknowledge her passing. She was divorced do I send a card to her ex-husband or her children (she has 3 grown children). Thank you in advance for your help or suggestions.

Probably to her kids. I am sure he mourns as well but he divorced her so kinda uts him outside of the family circle unless you have maintained contact with him.
