awww you girls are cute!! We just got back from Bon Jovi, so now I can give you an update.
It went well! We both like it alot, though we find some rooms on the small side. The house definitely has potential but the great thing is, it's in move-in condition, no immediate work needed at all!
We're gonna make an offer on Monday and see what happens from there. I'm praying they won't counteroffer too high cuz we're gonna start low. If they go over what we want to spend, we'll just walk- then obviously it wasn't meant to be and something else will come along.

Thank you so much ladies!! I really hope they won't deviate too far from our original offer when they counteroffer...we're trying to bank on the poor market right now and get a VERY reasonable price. We'll let you know how it goes!
