It gives you a scenario and you have to pick what answer you think fits best. IMO its common sense. It was so easy! Good luck!
Thank you!

Yeah, I started in Fall of '06. I've had it with the corporate world. I'll be halfway through the program at Hunter at the end of this semester.

That's great! Good for you, so you're going part time? One of my bm's is also going to hunter for her masters in ed. I'm looking into it as well.

Yeah, PT. I only take 2 classes a semester and nothing in the summer. I chose Hunter because I work in the city and it's much more convenient. The program is pretty good and the tuition is cheap. If I was working on LI, I would have looked into Queens College.

What's on the ATS-W? I'm taking it in a few weeks!
It assess your knowledge of classroom procedures and school 'stuff'. It is by far the easiest of the three and the questions really test your common sense in certain situations. I took this exam about 6-7 years ago and am assuming it's the same material.
Here is a question that is a good example of what I'm describing:
In class a student curses at another student and when you ask him/her to stop, he/she curses at you. What would you do in this situation? 1-Scream for help 2-Discuss this with your direct supervisor after class and decide on a punishment 3-Curse back 4-Ask students to hold him/her down while you get help
Lol sounds silly, but they really are common sense questions.

The answer is curse back, right? Thanks for this! The LAST was pretty easy too. I just wasn't sure what to expect!
