Tell me about Bermuda...

Tell me about Bermuda...

DH was not to keen on FL for our anniversary (he wants to go for a longer trip in Feb for spring training ).

I'm trying to think of places not too far (we can only go thurs night - sun night)

I've never been to Bermuda, so I dont know where to start.

Any help?

Love bermuda!
But you can't go there in February
I wasnt sure from your post

June-September is deal
I did a cruise but there are great resorts there
Hamiton and st. george are beautiful

I love Bermuda, but we went on a cruise there. The boat docked there for 4 days, so it was like a hotel, and you could come and go as you pleased.

I also did a cruise ( Norwegian) from NY to Bermuda...it was so beautiful, we loved horse shore bay it really has pink sand...very relaxing and make sure you rent a vespa scooter we did that at night and it was amazing their were 1 million stars out...enjoy!

I would love to go here sometime soon too. It's one of the only places besides Tahiti/Bora Bora that has a resort with those over-the-water bungalows! I briefly looked into it for my HM but quickly realized that it wouldn't be very warm there in April. I too, never realized that it's off the coast of North Carolina... not a Caribbean island! But I've heard nothing but great things about it.

I went there in July of 1990 and had a wonderful time. It is expensive, but safe, and does not have the poverty that a lot of the Caribbean islands do. It was nice and breezy when I was there.
My parents stayed at the Princess on their honeymoon. I stayed with friends....I don't remember the hotels very well.

WE went on a cruise to Bermuda, but i have to say ive been dying to go back. It was so gorgeous, and you'll have an amazing time. Just bc when snorkeling, dh had to come rescue me lol. Ive snorkeled before but places where the water is calm, the current was kinda strong in Bermuda and the waves pushed me back a lot and i almost went into the rocks, but i cant swim lol, but elsewhere i didnt have problems.
