aww, thanks Erica! He finally made it home 2 hrs ago!!!!!!!

I cannot believe the ordeal he went through, but he's now home, probably sleeping on the couch

Luckily enough, his company owns an apartment nearby, and one of his co-workers knew where it was and had a key, so at least they were able to crash there and stay off the street. Then this AM, he was able to take a bus to Jamaica and hopped on one of the only trains actually running this AM to our local train station, where I picked him up I was so happy to see him!!!!!!!!!!!

So once I knew he was safe and sound, I headed to work so I wouldn't lose a vacation day

Thanks - so scary though!

Trish - Luckily, LIRR was sending one train to each large station every couple of hrs, so he was able to catch one heading to Nassau. I would have driven to Jamaica but I was not looking forward it!

So glad he's finally home!
