I am almost done writing mine out and wanted to know what vendors did you send one to?
I would say all of them, since they really went above and beyond, but what is the 'norm'?

oh man, i forgot about the vendors !! I just mailed the majority of the thank you's today so I'm almost done ! Now that you reminded me (thanks!) I'm going to send one to my band, my officiant and the BM at the hall since they all did such great jobs !!

We only sent to the ones who went above and beyond and didn't short us on the day.... which was our RH, photographer, and my hair/makeup people...

I did all my vendors except video...i figure i'll send them theirs after i see it!

i didnt start mine yet, about to start this weekend, but i plan on sending them to my BM, my makeup/hair ladies, limo company, florist, photographer and for me i think thats it. But you can send them out too all of them if you feel they deserve one!
