thank you card question- what are u having printed on the inside of the card?
and what (if anything) are u writing on the inside?
ex- are u writing 'dear so and so' on every card? ex- are u writing 'love u and dh'?

i handwrote everything it means alot more to people who gave you a few hundo for ur party and it shows you put alot of time and effort into the 'thanks'

We had a general pre-printed message and then wrote a personal note also.

We didn't have anything printed on the inside of the card, we wrote handwritten messages in each of them instead.
ETA: We started the notes with Dear Person X and Signed Love, Me & DH
In the middle we wrote something about thanks for sharing our special day/generous gift/something personal...

our cards were also blank inside.... obviously you'll handwrite 'thank you' in your note somewhere, so I found it unnecessary to have that printed.....

We had this printed on the inside:
One thank you for the gift, and another for the thought. A dozen thank yous couldn't tell you all the happiness they brought.
and then hand wrote a personal note to everyone.

We had this printed on the inside:
The lovely gift you gave us will remain a special part of the memories we hold so dear forever in our hearts.
We then added a hand written note to evryone in the bridal party, close family and friends, and those who really went above and beyond, or gave a thouhgtful gift.

we had a generic pretty poem printed and then I ahndwrote an additional message-everyone kept talking about it for weeks. they liked the double thing. made them feel special.
