Please help me help one of my co-workers. She picked up her thank you photos from her photographer this weekend, and TY cards were not included (she only got photos).
We've been searching for thank you cards online all morning. Found lots of cards, but she specifically wants a card with a window for the photo.
Any suggestions?
Thanks

Re: Thank you cards
Lillian Vernon had cards with photo cut outs, but I don't know if they make them small enough.
We received a 'regular' thank you card with a photo stuck in it, and we thought that was fine. We were just happy to receive a thank you!

Re: Thank you cards
sorry, no suggestions on this one. Our friends last year didn't use those cards, but instead just stuck a wallet-sized pic inside the card.

Re: Thank you cards
I used informal notes and just placed the wallets inside the card. No need to use those TY cards that photographers send you. You can use any TY notecard.

Re: Thank you cards
You should post on the vendor's board. Maybe one of photographer can help you out. Good luck

Re: Thank you cards
I'm with Michele on this one. We have embossed TY's with our monogram that matched our invite, program, etc. Just stash the photo inside.
I personally don't like the tys from the photographer...
we had ours made from our invite lady...but sticking the picture in the card should be fine
if she really wants them...post on the vendor board...I'm sure someone has them to sell..

Re: Thank you cards
I think she should scan a shot she loves, put it on shutterfly & make the thank you's on there. I did it for Nicole's communion TYs & they came out great.

Re: Thank you cards
Im not a fan of the typical photographer window cards. I prefer the cards that have the photo printed right onto the card. Shutterfly sells them for less than $1 each.

Re: Thank you cards
Hi ladies, thanks for the ideas-I'm passing them along.
She's pretty determined on using the window thank you cards (I'm not a big fan of them either). We're amazed at what a hard time we're having finding them on line.

Re: Thank you cards
My photographer doesn't include them either and suggested we look at the Hallmark in Roosevelt Field. He said they have 100's there. I have gone personally yet but maybe you can start there.

Re: Thank you cards
I liked the idea of an informal with a pic inside. Several of my gf's have sent theirs this way. They were fine!
We're going with the photo as the card like Stef's. But instead of one pic, we're doing a collage - like 4 -5 pics! Love this idea!
