Thanks Ladies!!! :-)

So your prayers worked! After much discussion, DH and I decided to put our condo up for sale and move forward with looking for and buying a house! We absolutely fell in love witht he one we saw last weekend and are going to see it again tomorrow night as well as some other ones. We realize that we will take a huge loss on the condo but at this point we want to take advantage of the prices for purchasing right now!

We are so excited at the prospect of moving sooner than we thought. We really need the room!

If any of you know anyone looking for a 1 br condo that is completely redone and updated FOR CHEAP! Please let me know!!

We did the same thing as you - fell in love with a house way sooner than expected, and are now in contract. It's a short sale, so taking a while...
