i just did mine because mine expired in oct. i had to have a new picture taken, send in my marriage cert (original or certified copy), and my old passport, along w/ a check for $75 (although i think if your current passport is less than 2 years old, the fee is less, but i'm not 100% sure). they mail back your marriage cert separately from your passport. they came one day apart. it took about 3 weeks.

I got mine done expedited so I did it a week before I flew out. I ended up paying about $160.00 for it but I got the passport the next morning.
