The First Year

I can't believe how fast time flies. Today is our 1 year anniversary and it seems at times that we were married years ago, and at other times, it feels like yesterday.

This board has been wonderful. Even though my life revolves around work these days and I have never actually met any of you, I feel as though I have a great bunch of 'friends' on this site. I often wonder when I see a couple out if I may know you from this site!

I don't post as much as I would like, but I will continue to come to LIW and catch up on what everyone is up to. Hopefully soon I will be able to join the expectant mommies on the Parenting Board. We're going to start TTC this summer.

Thanks for all your words of wisdom ladies.... Gotta run to spend the day visiting our moms today. We are having a special anniversary dinner tomorrow night at Rothman's steak house and we are taking our anniversary trip to FL (Key West) at the end of the month! I can't wait.

I must say that the support Ive gotten from my 'friends' on this board have been incredible. Its amazing how we know so much about each other and most of us have never met! Isnt technology a wonderful thing?

Thanks ladies!! Yesterday was a very nice day. I got a brand new digital camera from my hubby. Wow, I was shocked!! Tonight we continue our celebration with a nice dinner out. We also have the top layer of our cake defrosting. We had so much food with Mother's Day being yesterday we decided to hold off until tonight to have it after dinner.
