The House Hunting Begins!!

Thanks to my psycho witch landlady and her greed, our house search is in full force. We had looked at a few homes in the Holbrook, Holtsville, Ronkonkoma and will se more this weekend. I am excited and nervous at the same time. This will be a MAJOR change for us, especially as far as child care goes for my son, (we always had the grandparents to rely on)

I think I am 'financially ' challenged, we are working with a mortgage broker, but not sure what the benefits of working with a bank are. Hubby has less than stellar credit so....

Houses

We live in Ronkonkoma -- I have seen a few really nice houses just go on the market! We live in the Lake Hills area -- and really like it. The schools are supposed to be really good -- and there are a lot of kids in our neighborhood... Let me know if I can be of any more help -- Good Luck !
