For real estate is enough to make me insane! We had an offer on our condo yesterday (yay!) but it was way too low (Boo!) so we counter offered this aftertnoon and are waiting to hear back! I can't even take it! And to top it all off we found the house of our dreams today as well...definitely our forever home! How do you homeowners deal with this! ![]()

ETA: SHE CAME UP!!! AHHHHH!!! THe condo is SOLD! YAY! (well, on it's way to being sold..have to do appraisal etc...)

our finding the house of our dreams and them accepting our offer was the easiest process for us!! it was the mortgage and closing that was a nightmare!!
