The Wedding Album

As you all know, DH and I were blessed to get pregnant a month after the wedding with TWINS so needless to say our priorities have changed.

That being said, we have to pick our album. I wish I could get the money back and buy a couple of cribs instead but it doesn't work like that.

I remember someone once psting a GUIDELINE - ROAD MAP to choosing the pics to go in the album....something like, starting with, getting dressed, pics of you, of him, the ceremony etc.

Can someone re-post that for me PLEASE!!!

I just can't get into this.

I would just start out by going through ALL of your proofs and separating them into piles...the ones you LOVE and the ones you DON'T.

Then take the ones you LOVE and separate them further into piles that make up the chronological order of your day...

* getting ready
* pre-ceremony photos of you and DH (if you took any)
* pre-cermony photos of details, of family, etc.
* Ceremony photos
* after ceremony photos as husband and wife
* cocktail hour photos
* reception photos - first dance, BM toast, parent dances, cake cutting, general party pics, etc.
* end of book photo possibilities (memorable moment that you love)

Remember to bring all of the proofs with you to the meeting w/your photographer - they sometimes have ideas about how to use a photo that you never thought of.

We had a thread of how we started our albums, some people stareted with their invites against their bo-k some started with a single pix of themself. I am going to try and find it and bump it for you
