There are two things I absolutely hate around the holidays

1. Malls (Target, supermarkets, etc(
2. Parking Lots

I almost rammed my car into some lady on my lunch break today.

I was in a small parking lot and all the spaces were taken. I saw her come out of the doors and walk towards her car, so I followed her. She gets to her car, opens the trunk and it took her about 3 minutes to put the package in. IT WAS ONE BAG. she kept fiddling around with it. (PS, SHE KNOWS I'M WAITING FOR HER SPOT AND THAT THERE IS A LINE OF CARS BEHIND ME WHO CAN'T GO AROUND ME) Finally, she gets in the car, one leg in, one leg out for about a minute, then gets out, takes her coat off, fixes her outfit and gets back in the car again. Slowly she settles in and closes the door. THEN, she pulled down her visor and started fixing her make-up. I almost got out of my car and slapped her Real World Seattle style.

OMG me too!!! The parking lots are insane!!!

She was totally doing that to piss you off, i think. Biotch!!!

I am right there with you. Only you have more patience then me because I would have probably pulled up close and slammed the horn in her ear.

i swear i think people are rude and do this on purpose, when i am walking to my car and see someone is waiting for my spot, i try to be at fast as possible, bc i know what its like trying to find a spot during the holiday season

I swear people are so friggin' spiteful and miserable! I'm the same way, if I know someone is waiting for my spot, I pull out right away.

I am like overly nice when someone is waiting for my spot - i fumble around like a fool so i can fly out of the spot THEN i will pull over and adjust myself

seriously, i have slammed the door with my leg still outside bc its so much pressure!

why do people like this even exist anymore? Shouldn't they have genetically died off or something? This happened to me recently, they were just sitting in their car after I followed them down the aisle. I actually went up to their window and asked them if they were getting out because I was waiting for their spot. It worked, they left.

It annoys the $hit out of me. You'd think people could be considerate. my friend and i were talking before about this and he said he wanted to make a website to teach people how to be courteous and start the 'Courtesy Campaign'. I told him that we had the 'Courtesy Campaign' already, it was called 9/11 and everyone was nice to each other for a month.


Like Tilde said, I fumble around like a fool trying to get out of the spot quickly so that someone else can have it.

i won't christmas shop anywhere i have to drive to; i do it all by foot either near work or near my neighborhood.

i have way too much road rage as it is.

Exactly, like you and Tilde, if I need to, I'll pull over after I get out of my spot to do what I need to do. I can never sit there and make someone wait. People just don't care. I mean really, would it kill people to show just a little courtesy?! You're right, it's amazing people were even as courteous as they were back then.
