lif seems slow - the only board that doesnt seem slow is the pregnancy one - dont ask why i am spying on there

other boards do seem more clicky or just slow

Yeah, I posted something on NFR which was clearly NFR but it got moved to Food and Recipes! I was highly annoyed.

Yeah, I posted something on NFR which was clearly NFR but it got moved to Food and Recipes! I was highly annoyed.

Yes this happened to me as well!! A fe times my post got moved in the begining! I think its because they know i was new!

LIF i post and notice NO ONE addresses me or my posts. It is laughable. But I post away - personally I think LIW wants us gals over there to kinda even out family dynamics. It seems 93% of them female population over there has kids and honestly its kinda one sided when it comes to certain topics because of it.

I have over 2500 post over there, occassionaly I can see the division. I think there is more of one with parents and non parents..

I've posted questions on there about houses, finance, pets, fashion, family... no one EVER even acknowledges the damn posts. So I don't bother anymore.

Yeah, I have about 1000 posts over there. It really is more family dominated, so I don't feel as open about posting over there. Unfortunately I have to post on infertility but I've poked around on other boards too.

Something tells me the NW board will stir-up-drama. 'Why do the NW's need their own board? Why can't they post on Relationships or NFR?'

Well, if we all went over there together and took over the NW board, I might consider joining but I wouldnt be participating with the crazies on the other boards

And you know what's ironic, a lot of those people are brides from here from 2004 and 2005! Like they're all high and mighty

We created the newlywed board on LIFamilies at the request of LIW newlyweds. They said they have been here for so long its hard to go anywhere else. The new board should make it a little easier. LIFamilies has a plethora of information for couples and/or families including blogs, vendors, TTC, real estate section, family related articles and boards, online store etc and now the newlywed board. Whether you are a family of two or more the information on LIF can help you to continue to grow as a family and find answers to many questions that newly married couples need to consider or questions they haven't even considered.
