Third time's the charm

Scott & I put an offer on a house this evening. This will be the 3rd house we bid on. We have a very good feeling about this one

Thanks Catherine, we do too! It's a cape with 4 bedrooms. It is not an area either one of us had on our list of areas of interest which makes me now that I think about it.

NOW HERE IS SOMETHING THAT MADE ME:
The homeowners had two candles which we used at our e-party & wedding. A coincidence which I rather view as a good luck sign since today was our 6th month wedding anniversary.

That is so funny about it not being in an area you had on your list. We are a town over from what we had on our list but when we saw the house we knew it was right. Take all signs as a positive thing. Sometimes litle things like that let you know this house was meant for you.
