is it weird that i get totally overwhelmed by buying baby gifts?

just got an invite for my cousin's shower, and was looking at the registry .... i have NO clue what to get!

its even worse for me when i have to buy a b-day present for a child, and there's no 'list' to pick from

I usually just buy some clothes, or look under toys for their age group.

I am Clueless too.

I think I just put too much pressure on myself to get them the PERFECT gift .... like I want it to be something they'll remember getting, or get a ton of use out of ...

Its easier with a Bridal Shower or any other kind of present for a grownup because I can try to put myself in their shoes and have some gauge on what their reaction to the present would be.

Success! The Doc is able to see me bright & early on Wednesday morning


It just stinks b/c while my left side is starting to feel better, I'm now starting to feel pain on the right side

I think there might be an injection in my future, and of course I'm freaked out about it (like I do with everything else)

Thanks honey.

Yes, it would be a cortisone shot if that's the direction he suggests going in. He mentioned it at my last appointment, if the anti-inflammatories aren't making enough of a difference. I've never had one before.

Someone else (my Aunt) suggested looking into surgery, so at least I can start fresh and start healing ... but I'm thinking it would be better to avoid surgery. I'm just confused and scared and tired of hurting

I say try the shot first.
Sometimes a couple of shots do the Trick.

When I am Bored, I tend to do on-line shopping.
Which is always a No-No.
It can be Dangerous.

Its bad bc DH tried to wake me up and I just didnt get up... I wish I had.

Its so easy to mess up your schedule but so hard to get it back to normal

I am hungry.
If I go to Bed Hungry, then I wake up a couple of hours later, looking to eat something.

Not sure what to eat.

It is very hard.
I used to work night 7p to 7a.
When I moved to days, it took me a long time to get used to it.
