I recently sent someone flowers (my SiL after having my new nephew!) and ProFlowers has sent me no fewer than six emails thanking me and giving me follow-up offers on other bouquets. I bet if you did it by phone they'd sent them to your house.

However, if he specifically asked them to keep the purchase private, then, I think he does have a case. He can't be the only person who sends flowers to someone other than his wife, they should have a policy in place for 'private' purchases. But that's IF he asked that.

well i am sure that the Thank You was addressed to HIM...it's not 1-800-FLOWERS fault his wife opened the card...although they probably shouldn't have faxed her the receipt...haha...that part he actually might win...
