This is an example of the texts DH and I were sending each other just 4½ months ago:

From me to him - Sunday 11/1/09: Hi Honey - my sister and I finished wrapping the favors - don't they look great? I can't wait - another 13 days! xoxo

This is the text I just received from him - our newest purchase which has just been delivered:
From Him to Me: Hey - it's all ready and waiting for you to come home. I cant wait till you can stop using we dont have an oven as an excuse not to cook. I guess u r going to stop n shop on ur way home tonight? Love, me

Thanks - we got all new appliances - fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer and dryer.

Now I need to find another excuse not to cook. First I used the 'I have no time while planning the wedding' then I used the 'our oven stinks' excuse then I used the 'the oven is broken' one.

I was soo happy when we moved into our house, we completely re-did the kitchen and put all brand new appliances in, I couldn't wait to use them all

Oh I love the oven - but I like it when my kitchen is nice and clean and perfect! I can't wait to see how all of my new appliances look when I get home.

I have to be in the mood to cook - which isn't really that often.

I'm embarrassed to admit that in my first apt (a looooooooong time ago) I had no closet space and the apartment was really tiny - not good for a girl who has a bag fetish. I actually would store my pocketbooks in the oven and kitchen cabinets!

That would be my response too!! haha!! I haven't cooked really since we got married!! I think once we move though I'll have to start cooking once in a while!! haha!!!

I'm gonna come and bake and cook in that lovely stove!!!!!
