This week's dinners! (sorry I've been slacking!)
This past week was a rough one for me.... sorry to be such a bad NOTW! So, here's my menu of this week's dinners from tonight to Thursday night -- my parents are coming to visit on Friday so we'll be taking them out to dinner!
Saturday: Turkey burgers with oven fries
Sunday: Black bean tostadas with corn relish
Monday: Chicken breast stuffed with couscous
Tuesday: Pasta with roasted veggies
Wednesday: Sesame ginger chicken and veggie stir-fry
Thursday: Crispy baked shrimp with tartar sauce and mixed greens salad
ETA: I'll type up recipes if anyone wants! With the exception of the pasta with roasted veggies, these are all new recipes I'm trying out this week.... so hopefully they turn out good!![]()
