Thrify or cheap?

Thrify or cheap?

Okay so we pay a lot of $$ for DH's dry cleaning (suits, shirts etc...) I decided to call every dry cleaner in my neighborhood and get the prices for suits, shirt, and just pants.....WELL it may sound like a waste of time BUT

Suits (range) $6.75-$12.50

Shirts (range) $1.20-$2.00

Pants(range) $3.75-$6.00

THAT IS A HUGE DIFFERENCE! All the lowest ranges are the same place..where I will be going from now on!

If your DH like mine wears a suit everyday (and looks hot in it might I add ) I recommend you call your dry cleaners

do you have a one price dry cleaner in your neighborhood? I think I pay like $3.50 for a suit there- I never bring dh's shirts there though cause everything is $3.50 even shirts- those go to the $1 dry cleaner

I would be interested to know too...please.

The other day I took 6 pants to get hemmed as I am 5'1 and they charged me $9 for each, my god...I was used to paying $5. Sad part was I couldn't shop around because I really didn't have time at that moment. DH was what they help they increased so my for labor (it's not like their supplies went up in price).

My DH does not wear suits but he does have a bunch of dry cleaning every week. We shopped around and even bargained with our guy...lol! We havent found anyone to beat his prices yet!
