Hey guys I need your help...
Did anyone tip their banquet manager? Mine was so nice that I was just wondering if he usually gets tips?

yes, 500 or 600 is customary.

yes I think we gave around 400.00 ( we only had about 70-80 guest)

no, we did not tip the banquet manager. after booking, we never spoke with her again.
We DID tip the maitre'd.

We gave ours $800...
Our RH told us to give $1000, but there were so many things that went wrong that I hated to even give him $800...Still makes me a little angry.
I would give whatever you feel is appropriate at the end of the night, but plan for $3-$5 per guest.
