I want to apply for a job but the website i'm looking at lists all the facilities and which positions they offer but they're not specified which facilities are looking to fill which particular position. I know that may not make sense but if it does, keep reading. I'm sending an e-mail to ask which facilities have the specific positions open that I'm applicable for. How do I head the e-mail? There's no name so I can't address the person by name. Is to whom it may concern too formal and a little strange? Feedback would be much appreciated, thank you.
thanks! Dear sir or madam was a good one. I was having a brain fart

Actually, at work my boss usually has me put Dear Sirs/Mesdames.

Re: to whom it may concern?
I work in a position that is typically held by a man. I freaking hate when I get letters that say only, 'Dear Sir' and not 'Dear Sir or Madam.' I actually save them and have a stack of them.
