Today is just one of those days...

where I'm eating EVERYTHING in sight!

I hope DH isn't hungry when he gets home from work. By that time there won't be any food left in the house!

I didn't go to the gym this morning cuz I feel icky...so instead I'm eating.

one bad day won't effect you! Just go back to normal tomorrow. Trust me, that was me yesterday... today I suffer lol

its actually great for your body to have a day of pigging it out when you are consistently working out/running...it causes your body to get out of your eating habit and confuses your metabolism...It will recognize you are eating the unordinary and reject if faster...
