Hope all goes well...and remember...an initial inspection report may sound worse than it really is. Alot of engineers speculate on how long something can last or how old something is, so don't be spooked. You can always get a second opinion on whether or not something needs to be replaced after you close.

Suzanne - How did it go today? Tell us what happened...

The house over all was in good condition he said. There is alot of settling on the second floor due to the house being 77 years old..There is alot of asbestos in the basement, which i am not happy about, and would like it removed..We need to call the town and find out about the sess pool.. The owner said he has had it re-routed to the street sewer but the inspector said MAKE sure we find out for sure because that could cause MAJOR problems and its very expensive to upkeep.. We are having a lead water test done because the house is so old and its important to know, because that could also cost thousands of dollars to repair...

Overall we have a good feeling about it, Frank just wants to take the weekend to mull it all over as well as I do...We dont want to make a rash desicion just because we want OUT of our apt..

I really appriciate all of your advise., Its priceless,. I wrote down alot of what you guys said and brought it with me, i even moved stuff around on the counters thanks to michelle, which is something i probably never thought of...

Ill let you guys know what our final decision is once we make it..
