Too Harsh--need opinions

I don't think it's too harsh at all - you are stating your request and hopefully they can help you.

However - just playing devil's advocate here - didn't you realize that DH and his parents didn't have those shots together? Was it a surprise not to see them? Were they taken and then not included in the set you received?

Either way - hope they can help you out with this.

I was not at the church pre-ceremony when these shots were supposed to be taken. There were shots of him and his Best Man but not the parents.

Its perfect Jess.. not to harsh at all.
So sorry they didnt get the pics you wanted... Something like that should be a basic!
