If you want a decent website try fitday.com It will help you set your goals and track your micro and macronutrients. It might be helpful to make a few appointments with a nutritionist-

I eat between 110-135 per day!
hmmmm..does it matter that im only eating 1200 calories?
then you must be having a lot of carbs and fat because 60 grams of protein is only 240 cals!
Are you trying to lose weight? 1200 seems a bit low...when I am maintaining thats what i try to stick to but i am quite a bit shorter than you!
welll i try to stick to that....i usually eat about 1300, but i burn a ton of cals running, so idk. i have lost about 5 pounds in a month, so i guess its working.
thats very low danielle...i dont trust htat website lol
I kind of agree with Lauren it is low. I run 5 to 10 miles4x per week Im 5'7 & i eat about 1500 cals & about 54 grams of fat per day protein is at 135. Im back on my diet & i lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks. HTH
do you eat whole grain carbs, or white carbs...ive been reading running websites and some say white and others say whole grain
Usually whole grain. But once ina blue moon i have some white. They are kind of hard to avoid every now & again hahahaha. Anyway keep up the good work & i guess do what works best for you.
