OK... Did anyone else cry when they saw their video?
I just got it yesterday (3 months and 1 day after the wedding!) and cried throughout the entire thing. Mind you, I didn't shed a tear the entire day of the wedding - I was happy, calm, cool, and collected and had a ball. Last night, I just cried and laughed too through most it. It just made me so happy to see it and experience it again. I was so wired afterwards I couldn't sleep! I felt like I relived it - it was such a great experience.

I have to say - I did not cry when I saw the video. I got teary eyed at the BM speech, but that was about it. Come to think of it, I got teary eyed at the reception too during the BM speech. I didn't cry at all during the wedding day.

I did - and it was the unedited version! I mostly cried during the dance with my dad. We were both balling the whole time and it was really touching to see it on video. I also cried when I saw a slide show of wedding snapshots put to music that my uncle put together.

I cried a bit the first time I saw it. I was amazed at the music that they picked out for the opening montage scenes.. really great stuff. We did not open with the traditional baby pictures,etc....Was wonderful to see the whole ceremony...as I was waiting for it to begin while inside one of the photo rooms at fox hollow. On that day, I did not even hear the string quartet playing..thanks to the video I did. WE played it for the last 2 New Year's Eves...and it seems like a great way to start the new year. In fact, we were told that some people bring their videos to the hospital and play it in the birthing rooms...

We both cried the first time we see it, then the second time, then the third time, by the fourth time I just have a goofy smile.

I watched ours this weekend again and I cried. Hubby cried the 1st time he watched it, so did my mom. It was nice re-living the day all over again

I did not cry when I saw my video, but I did get 'misty' during the best man's toast and the recap, which was set to our wedding song, At Last.

I cry when I see me trying to say one of the vows, that is when I lost it in the church. The worst part about it, is that its in our recap they show in slow motion me crying

We haven't gotten ours back from our videographer yet, but my uncle had taped most of the day on his own vidoe camera and he sent us that video. I cried when I first saw it...now I can't wait to get the professional version so I can cry all over again.

Oh yeah!!! I cried the first five times I watched it and my wonderful husband cracked up each and every time because he's laughing at me on the video sobbing my way down the aisle and then hyperventilating saying my vows and then me sitting there crying watching it!! I'm telling ya, it's a laugh a minute in our house!!! I still get the chills and misty-eyed when I look at it!

Re: Topic of the day 10/30
Wish I could say: . It seems that my video guy closed up & the new people who run a video studio in his old office don't seem to know how to contact him. I just found this out last night. I am hoping my photographer (who is someone my husband had worked with) who recommended the video guy will know how to contact him. I guess it is partly my fault for not contacting him sooner to get him the pictures needed to finish the video.
