Total Dent in our....

wallet!!!!! DH and I went shopping today to LOOK at new TV's and living room furniture.
PS we ended up going to Circuit City and seeing an open box special for a beautiful 50 inch 1080p TV that was 50% off the original price because someone returned it after they realized it wasn't big enough for the space they wanted it for. So we bought it.
Then, we went down 110 to see what kind of consoles they had to hold the TV and again just to LOOK because we figured we had a TV stand that we could use until our next paychecks, well as we were going down 110 we saw that one of th stores was going out of business so we decided to look. Well they ended up having such amazing deals that we not only bought a console, but we bought a coffee table as well!!!
Now we are totally broke until we get paid next month. DH and I are never impulsive like this, I don't know what happened but I am really glad we got all this new stuff!

Don't worry ladies I did managed to scrape together some money for Dave and Busters tomorrow!!!!!!

You better be there!!! Or I will pick you up

eh, it's a bit of a splurge, but you got some great stuff that you'll use for years...

We could buy stuff mildly out of our price range and then return it and then buy it again for an open box price...
We would never be able to go through with it but we talked about it.

According to the guy that worked there, they will sell open boxes for UP TO 50% off. Most open box sales are 30% off, but whoever returned it got some white paint on the outside of the frame (which we were able to scratch off with our finger nails) but since it wasn't in NEW condition they had to mark it down even more.

Paul has been playing around with it all evening. He is satisfied with it, but our cable box is old and doesn't allow for our new cables. We are going to cablevision next week to get the updated cable box. Hopefully that will help the clarity even more. So far he likes it.
Monday I pick up the console, and our coffee table will be coming in 3 weeks.
