you wear your dress to take pics. you can do stuff that you wouldn't think about doing the day of your wedding, like going to the beach, rolling in sand, going into the ocean, or just going around town taking pics in the streets, eating a hot dog, etc. google 'trash the dress' and you might find some images.

Its called 'trash' the dress. But from what I have heard, the dress usually comes clean after drycleaning it. I think it depends on the fabric though.

I have some pix in my album of our day after shoot![]()
I would have loved to have jumped in some water, but it was toooo cold out. Theres a few girls on here who did that and the pix were gorg. My dress was pretty nasty from dragging the train around all day, but it came out ok.

Ok, I see now. So would my photographer think I'm a looney for calling him a year later to do this? I just think it would be fun to go to a park on the water or something.

You can do it whenever. I am sure your photographer wouldn't mind doing it for you now. I don't know how much but something tells me it may cost a few hundred?
