TUESDAY QOTD

Ok ladies after the wedding & the honeymoon & you came back to your proofs etc. Did you do your album Or video first & did you do it right away??

For me & DH we waited like 7 months to do our album. I know so bad but afterthe wedding we had 5 other weddings in 09 plus other BIG events & since our wedding tired me out I seriously couldnt think of anything wedding realted for awhile. I still have to get to my Video editing. Which i FINALLY made my apt. to do. Although i have watched teh full version a million times. So hilarious! lol

we did both pretty much right away! we got our video like 2 months after the wedding, and still are waiting for the album, but it should be any day now!

We picked out the parent album pictures with each of our moms first, but we're going to wait to submit them all at the same time when we pick out our album and enlargements. We submitted the songs for our video already though. We haven't even started our album, and probably won't for a while. We're going to get through the Thank You cards first, hopefully over the course of the next month since now DH wants to be involved? I wouldn't be surprised if we don't start the album process until like June. I'm not really motivated for it so much now...I am, but I'm not at the same time. I want to just get it over with, but I'll probably put it off.

I'm the worst!!!! DH and I cannot get around to finalize the album nor the songs for the video. This reminds me to get on it!

we got our video pretty quickly b/c my friend did it for us. the photo album i am doing myself and i just started working on it!

I just had my final album/ video appointment at the begginning of this month. So I should receive my video in a couple of months and who knows when I'll get my album!

I haven't done anything yet! We just have too much going on with moving into the house and all the work we're doing in it.

I am about halfway done with the TY's though, so hopefully after I finish that, we'll sit down and go through the proofs.

My mom has basically already picked her pictures for her album. MIL has advised us that she 'doesn't need' an album - of course it's in our contract and we already paid for it. Why in the world would she tell us that BEFORE when we could have saved some money??? So I guess DH and I will have two!

i did my album within 4 months I made my own. I worked on my video right away

I worked on my album right away and I had to give the songs for the video before the wedding so we got the video a month after the wedding.

We've already submitted our songs for the video, we did that about 2 weeks ago. Both sets of parents have picked their pictures for their albums and we just finished picking the pictures for our album, they are all saved to the disc. Now we just need to pick out the pics for the enlargements so I can send the disc on its way.

This week I will hopefully start the Thank you's

We picked up our proofs like 2 months after the wedding....we sent in the pics for the parent albums but still haven't done our album yet or picked the songs for the video.

Its funny b/c before the wedding I was like 'oh i'm going to be so on top of everything and want everything right away' and now its been 205 days and I haven't.

I didn't do video, so I went right to going through the proofs....although now DH lost the cd's with our pictures on them so i'm waiting for new ones. I could have killed him when he told me! But at least it wasn't a big deal with the photographer, I should have new cds at the end of the week.

we didnt get our proofs back till late december so as soon as we got we sent in our pics and stuff for video...the date was jan 2 lol..im dying for our layout and even more for the video

we paid extra for the raw footage and im dying to see that

We are married six months today and we still have not done our album or video. We have just started to think about pictures for the album.

We picked the songs for the video 1st then worked on the album..I knew the video would take long so we did that. I am just finalizing the album so that should be done in 3 months.

I went through my pictures with the photog just before Christmas and I still did not email him my video songs! I am absolutely horrible! I have just been waaaay busy and I keep slacking on these last few things.

We didn't pick our proofs/order our album until September, 8 months after our January wedding. I guess I just felt it was the last wedding thing left to do, and I didn't want it to be over. Lol. Or we were just being lazy after the wedding, and then DH had to go away for work all summer. We still don't have our album, prob won't get it until the summer. Oh, and our wedding video is still unedited, we didn't have a pro just a friend who took raw footage. I still haven't edited it, or added to it.

We did our photos first... it took us a while to round up old baby pics and send them in for our video.

well we didn't have video and by the time we got back from our HM our book was DONE!!!!

Our photographer did the whole thing for us and just asked for approval . . we nixed a few and added a few but he did such a fabulous job we didn't have to do ANYTHING!!

still havent done anything with the 700 he didnt use though!
