I actually do really like it. I will admit that MOST people make the turkey dry so i can see why alot of people don't like it. My mom uses one of those cooking bags to put the turkey in and helps ALOT!!! it keeps the turkey very moist bc all the juices stay on the turkey. Also helps if you glaze the turkey with stuff that make it moist and juicy

i don't like, but i eat it. when my grandma was alive she would make me chicken now i just load the turkey w/ a LOT of gravy.

I like turkey, but only the white meat. I've heard making it in a bag makes it more moist. My DH used a recipe I found from Tyler Florence with this butter sage baste and it came out really good...more moist and tasty. I love homemade turkey soup after Thanksgiving, too.

I love it, but I have had dry turkey and it really s*cks so I can see why people don't!!! When I roast a turkey I baste it every 20 minutes or so, first with vegetable oil, later on with its own juices, to keep it moist. It always works...it's a bit of a pain to babysit it like that but so worth it to have a juicy turkey
