TY Card Pictures

Well after being married for 4 months my photographer finally dropped off the thank you cards. Unfortuntely the picture is not what we thought. So my question is, are thank you card pictures supposed to be more of a head shot of the two of you or is it okay for them to be distant? Our picture is really distant. It wasnt supposed to be but it is. I have a call into the photographer but I really do not like it being so far away. Ughh this guy is trying my last nerve.

Did your photographer chose your TY picture? Normally the Bride & Groom chose the pic...maybe I'm misunderstanding, but I think he's got it all wrong...
Plus, his time frame is horrible! We called in our pic choice last week. They gave us two samples this week. Last night we approved one and they said all will be available for pick up next week. He should have turned it around in two weeks tops...

I hope you can get somewhere with him.

no we picked it. He put the proofs on a CD. He put the best picture on the cover and we liked it so we went with it. Months later when we get our thank you's the picture is so far away. DH said it right away, so did my mom.

First it should not have taken a month! Besides that he should have had a sample for you and your husband to approve first before going ahead and ordering all of them.
If it is not the one you requested definitely have him fix and RUSH.

I got married in August. So it has been closer to 4 months. I am just beside myself at this point.

Hey lori mine was to i didn't like it at all either. I was not going to saying which i should have cause he has been pissing me off latly to. I'm sorry that you don't like but you should say something to him that you don't like it.
We have the same guy that is why wer are bitching about him. I'm still waiting on my viedo to.
