TY question - separate cards to roommates ?

TY question - separate cards to roommates ?

Besides the fact that my TY cards should've gone out months ago, I have a question.

Four of my friends went in on a gift together (I won't get into how it worked out to $25 per person...). 2 of them are a couple and they share a house with a single friend. Do I send the 3 of them one card or do I send one to the couple and one to the single friend?

I would do one card to the couple and one card to the single friend.

ETA: How did the Barkeepers friend work out for cleaning your pots and pans?

OMG - I completely forgot to tell you!! It worked SO well! For the pot that DH screwed up, it literally took me an HOUR of cleaning it with Barkeeper's friend to get the brown spots off the bottom (it looked like burn marks). They looked good as new when I was done

same here.

as for 25 per person that is better than the 16 dollar gift we got from a friend of dh

I've still got you beat - a $14 cookbook from Williams Sonoma from a good friend and her boyfriend. The boyfriend (a good friend of DH's from college) didn't attend and my thinking is 'well, you saved money not buying the plane ticket...'

I'm sorry, Lisa, did you expect better from a Binghamton Graduate?

(to all unaware, I went to Binghamton with Lisa's DH)

Ugh...the evil me says to send them all one card, since they all gave you one gift. But the good me says to send one to the couple and the other one to the roommate.

And thanks for the Barkeeper's Friend response...I'm trying baking soda this weekend and if that fails, BF will be my next choice!

BF is awesome and not too expensive - we got 4 Comet-sized tins of it for $12!

ETA: I love the one card for one gift rationale
