I don't mean to vent but Cassarino studios are taking forever with my ty's and video. I drop off my ty's 5 weeks ago and my video in september. I mean it should NOT take this long. I wanted to have everything for the holidays. Whats the avg. time it takes for the video and ty's anyway?

My videographer told me that the video was going to take around 5 months b/c of all the editing he has to do.

The video takes a few months - ours took 5 or 6 months.
The TY's should take a week or though. I would keep after them.
