TY's question

I am not sure ??
i want to send a picture & TY -but wont have my proofs back for a few weeks.

So do i send 1 TY now & a pic later
or
wait & send both?

every wedding we've gone to, we didnt get the thank you for a couple of months... i think most people know that that's standard, and wont think that you were lazy

wait and send both


people know that pictures take a while.

Your photographer, will tell you to pick your TY's first and they will get those back to you rather quickly (in comparison to your album) in the meantime you can get the cards ahead of time and start writing them so they will be ready to go when the pictures come in (not that I took my own advice I was too lazy!)

TYs are usually sent out between 1-5 months of the wedding! You have PLENTY of time!

Every book says something different...but i think hte average is 4 months. We're going on six because we have to get the ty pics back from the photographer.

...any day now

I've heard thank you pics are sent out between 3 & 6 mos after the wedding
