I told Eric about the LIW camping GTG yesterday and he just asked me when we are doing this! He's all for it!!

Tents are not bad AT ALL... just make sure you use some air mattresses... I <3 camping!

This is a funny thread...I grew up an only girl child of a hiker/skier/sportsman dad. I went camping once every summer with him in the Adirondacks, for usually 3 or 4 nights! I was a funny kid, I was like a tom GIRL! I loved camping, sports, and all sorts of boy things. But then I was super girly and loved fashion and accessories!! Needless to say I grew up and definitely left that love of camping behind!! I loves me a good 5 Star hotel!!! I do think I'd be willing to give the ol' campin' a try though with you ladies!!! Mike will probably crap himself if he hears this, but I think this could be fun!!

I love camping!!!

When I was little i remember going and we went hiking on this muddy trail....our sneakers got filthy!!! We washed them and then put them by the fire to dry. Well I remember smelling rubber that night as we sat around the camp fire.... we looked and there it was... MY MOM'S SNEAKERS WERE ON FIRE!!!!!

The rest of the trip she had to wear her friend's husbands shoes!!! ( He had an extra pair)

aww. the memories......

CAMPING is SOOOOOOOO much fun..
We did it for the first time last year- and my hubby is NOT an outdoors person...my 2 boys LOVED it.. we went with a large group of people so it was so much fun...
put the boys to bed.. adults partied like rockstars..
i so recommend you try it.. we are doing it again this year.. twice..lol
