I ate so much crap last night during the game and now my body feels like it's full of water. My fingers feel like little sausages lol.
I drank a big cup of coffee this morning to try and get some of the water out and now I'm going to chug water for the rest of the day.
UGH health food only this week!!!!

Me, too. I felt my rings getting tight during the game
I hit the gym this morning and plan to down water all day. I WI at WW on Thursday. I'm hoping for a little loss. I'm done with flex points now--so must eat clean the next three days.

ughhhhh. same here. i felt SOOO full. ate well beyond my limit. felt like i had a lead balloon in my stomach. i need to start logging WW pts again and drinking tons of water. doesnt help that AF is on her way here!

LUCKY!!! Although from every pic I've ever seen of you 'pudge' is not a word I'd associate with you!
Now I have a new problem - with all the water I've been drinking all day I am about to move my entire office into the bathroom
