Is it too late to fix something? When I reposted my Buffalo Mac and Cheese recipe I realized I left out a CRUCIAL step...pouring in the remaining buffalo sauce in to the sauce! If it's still possible, can you please use this version?
Place chicken breasts in slow cooker. Take approx 4 oz. of buffalo sauce and dilute with water. Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 4 hours. When done, let sit for 15 minutes, or until cool enough to touch. Shred chicken, and plate until needed.
Cook pasta. While cooking, chop onion and garlic in food processor until almost liquefied. Reserve.
In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and flour. Transfer to a saucepan, and bring to a boil, all the while stirring constantly. Once at a boil, reduce heat to medium. Stir in chicken, remaining Buffalo Sauce, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese to taste, onion and garlic. Stir until cheese is fully melted.
When pasta is done, pour in to lasagna pan. Pour cheese mixture on top, and stir together to evenly coat. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for a half hour, or until breadcrumbs are golden brown.

It also says '1/4 flour' might want to fix that too. I made it the other day and was confused for a min because I wasn't sure what it was 1/4 of lol. Maybe just a ditzzzy moment but I know there are a lot of novices out there like me lol
BTW was hoping to come home and have the rest of this for dinner... Hubby had it for lunch AND dinner and there is nothing left lol. Thanks again for the recipe!!

Ugh, I swear I can't type fast enough for what I'm thinking. It is 1/4 cup for the flour. And I know I initially forgot to write it in the recipe for hte Buffalo sauce because when I was making it the first time, I was thisclose to forgetting to do it myself. I'm glad you enjoyed, but sorry DH ate it all on you!
