Unbelievably Pi$$ed Off @ DH (long, sorry)

I never post about the few fights that DH and I have. However, I am f*ing irate right now and am ready to kill him.

I have no friends on LI. Last night, we went to dinner w/ some of his friends and another couple came and the girl and I hit it off. All of them were going to the St. Patrick's day parade today and we were going to go with them.

DH played football this morning. Buddies from football asked him to hang out w/ them B4 the parade. Ok, no problem. Drop him off there. He says he'll call me in about an hour. I had a medical thing done yesterday and he was tired too...so he said maybe we'd stay home from the parade. He calls me from his friends and says the guys are going to the parade. Do I mind if he goes? He says, 'U can come too, but u prob won't have any fun bc it will be a bunch of guys hanging out in the bars.' I finally told him I didn't mind if he went bc he said he'd be home in a hour or two and I figured we could spend time together afterwards. It's now almost 6 hours later. He is wasted. He ran into all of the people from dinner and like a million other people who were all there w/ their wives. He's having a f*ing blast while I am sitting home alone.

Now, his friend's sister and her friends are driving him home. Wait...I thought it was a bunch of guys?

I just called him and told him he's a selfish a$$hole and hung up on him. I never talk that way to him but I am really f*ing annoyed.

you have every right to be pissed! I don't have a lot of my own friends as well and dh and i rarely go out at all, so i would be pissed if he did something like that without me, especially for six hours without thinking of me and that i would have fun there too. Sorry you are dealing with this, but sometimes guys just don't get it!

He says he didn't want to deal w/ me grilling him about who dropped him off. Of course, I held nothing back and told him everything I was feeling and thinking----but he's too drunk to comprehend anything I am saying.

I'd be pissed off too....he should be kissing your a$$ tonight for sure!!! I wouldn't even talk to him until he says he's sorry!!

I would be pissed off too...call one of your g/fs and just go out...if your in the same room as him its prob going to get bad.

i totally empathize with you...i totally hate when DH goes hanging out with the guys and says be back in 2 hours and comes home like 8 hours later and his only answer is ''oh i lost track of time'' and than doesnt even feel the need to notify me!!!!!!! hes staying out till later i would be mad too sorry! give him the silent treatment?

omg big time dittoes here. i went through this with dh for years. he wouldnt call. he's turn his phone off. he wouldnt show up at home and crash at a friends. i would be beyond livid. oh the 'lost track of time' if i heard that once more i'd pull his hair out.

i feel your pain and i know what its like. i'd be mad for days and give him the cold shoulder. a couple of times i put all his stuff in his car (pre wedding). you have every right to be mad and vent. you are totally in the right and dont even try to talk to him while he's wasted, its a waste of time and your energy.

Come to the GTG and make some friends locally

So sorry honey DH never calls either, but he doesn't go out as much anymore so it's not a huge deal anymore - but I totally know how it feels because i've been there.

Are you talking about the huntington st. pat's parade? i live in hunt., we wanted to go to the parade and we didn't know it was yesterday
