Can someone suggest a store in W. Nassau or E. Queens that sells good quality strapless bras, etc. I need a place that can measure, alter, etc. Thanks guys!

Re: Undergarment Stores???
There is a great little place in East Meadow called Marion's Corsettieres or something like that. They are in the Zachary's shopping center. Good prices, very comfortable setting.

I didn't care for Georgette's in Hicksville but I heard Blum's in Patchogue was good.

There is a place on Jericho Turnpike not too far from Fox Hollow that I used and they were very good - sorry I can't remember the name.

I heard Mary's in Woodbury was amazing (Wdby Rd I think) Didn't have to go there though, but I heard it's very popular and sometimes you ahve to wait on line?

That one on Woodbury rd. (dont know the name) I heard is great. They practically custom make the bra for you. If you are coming from the west it is right before hte expressway overpass.

Victoria Secret. I'd bought a strapless white bra that worked well with my bridal gown.

Miriam's is awesome!!! I've been going there since I was old to need a bra! She'll do any alterations you need free!
Hempstead Tnpke in E. Meadow ... Zachary's/chelsey st. shopping center. About 1/2 mile east of the Meadowbrook parkway.

You will get various opinions.. I went to Miriam's too...and had alterations and my cups did not fit right at all. Even in the pictures my cup was very gappy and I have big boobs, so it only made it worse.
Anyway I would say go there, alter it, have your fitting, and alter it again if necessary. I neglected to do the latter.
