Just curious about this and I was wondering if anybody here knew the answer.
So i've been on unemployment for a little while, and technically still have it available to me if I were to have not found a job yet. On those weekly claims we fill out, it asks 'Have you gone back to work full time'. Well - the job i'm interviewing for on Wednesday can only start me with 30 hrs a week - part time. So, since i'm not working FULL TIME, am i still able to collect unemployment? I'm just not sure how that works. It would definitely help, since I'll be getting paid very little to start off with, but if not then that's ok too. I'm just confused about that.
anyone know?

Re: Unemployment Question for Part time workers
I believe you can still collect it up to a certain amount of hours. Since you're in CO, it might be different.

Re: Unemployment Question for Part time workers
In NY, you can collect if you work 3 or less days a week - if you work 4 days, you are not able to collect. I believe that if you work 2 days and make more than 405 a week, you can't collect either. I do not know what Colorado's laws are - check their unemployment office online or call. Good luck!
