UPDATE: My stolen necklace from our 7.29 wedding

Ok so many of you remember the drama I had when my necklace went missing from the bridal suite on the day of our wedding. The hall gave me SUCH DRAMA about it-didnt return calls, lied to our faces about speaking to my husband, lied to the insurance people about my MOh having helped move my stuff DESPITE the fact SHE WAS WITH ME when they told us it had bee moved(and they refused to show us the tape of 'her moving things' even though they had a camera in there and if it was true they could have killed the claim right there)...Oh and did I mention they have regular functions for the Paterson police dept and lo and behold our original report WENT MISSINg and they tried to claim we went 'too long' in filing our complaint...WHAT!!!! Just SHADY!!!!!

Anyway, we went through the insurance and FINALLY we are getting the full amount back. Im so happy. DH did get me a new necklace-small cross with the same kind of diamonds since they didnt have the same heart. I miss my old one but Im glad justice was done. This whole emss though just made me think twice about recommending them ever again.

I mean im sure they have a lot of false claims but they lied from the getgto-THEIR mistakes and they tried to make it mine...NOt cool.

We are so glad that everything was taken care of.

I am glad to hear that you can reimbursed for it. I heard sometimes insurance companies have a tendency to make you jump through hoops and then never pay up.

Oh they TRIED but i had it all on paper-everything from pictures, witness statements, and police reports to dates I called and CELL PHONE BILLS lmao to show how long the RH took to call me back lmao since they tried being sneaky...I was frickin Nancy Drew!!! LMAO ..thats my mom in me-paranoia at its useful best.

That is good news, unfortunately you didnt get the old one back but you stood up for yourself
