SO the power of prayer and mind over body works. My friend is a walking miracle. It has been a long road already and still has a long road to go. BUT, the biopsy report came back saying it was not the type of cancer they thought but a different one that is treatable and is mainly found in infants. The tumors were all removed and he will undergo radiation. As for the paralysis!!!
HE CAN MOVE HIS ARMS and is slowly FEELING HIS LEGS!!!!!!
He has a trach tub in place but is off the vent and breathing on his own. They hope to get the trach tube out in a few weeks. He is being discharge to Helen Hayes (Where Christopher Reeves went) for rehab either this week or next.
He still has a long road ahead of him but the future looks brighter!!

They should bundle up stories like these and distribute them to folks who say there is no Good or other higher power. So glad he seems to be doing better! We'll keep the prayers and good wishes coming.
