I'm so confused. I ordered something from barnes and noble on friday and I got an e-mail saying it shipped with the tracking # but the information says it was delivered to shreveport, LA on 07/16/07. Should I call someone about this or do you think it's just a glitch in the system. Who do I call? UPS, barnes and noble or both?
